Harsya Novwan, has an extensive legal practice experience of more than 15 years as a Corporate Lawyer and Commercial Litigation Lawyer; He is licensed Advocate. He graduated from Faculty of Law at the Trisakti University and received his master’s degree in Economic Law from Faculty of Law at the University of Indonesia. He attended summer School which that was conducted by collaboration between the German Academic Exchange Service, Bayreuth University and Parahyangan University majoring in Contract, and International Trade Law, and he also attended several legal professional training courses in the field of Capital Market, Bankruptcy and Competition Law.

Before joining PT Bakrieland Development Tbk as the Head of Legal Division, he once worked for PT Bakrie Toll Road as the Head of Legal Division, as a Lawyer for Syam & Syam Law Office, Lontoh and Partner and Lawrence T.P. Siburian & Associates and as a Legal Counsel in AXA Group in Indonesia during his service in Lawrence T.P. Siburian & Associates.

He is practicing law with specialization in Corporate, Commercial Contract, Intellectual Property Right, Capital Market, Commercial Litigation, Insurance, Banking and Finance and he has served and represent clients with various line of business and industries such as Manufacture, Information Technology, Telecommunication, Infrastructures, Energy, Mining, Pharmaceutical, Banking, Insurance, Construction, Shipping and Transportation. He has experience in drafting and reviewing various Commercial Contract, providing legal advises in relation to various commercial legal matters, and advising various kind of Corporate Transaction such as Corporate Restructuring and Reorganization, Acquisition, IPO, Dissolution and Liquidation, Financial Restructuring, Corporate and Project Financing, Joint Venture, Infrastructure project, Licensing, Assignment and Protection various Intellectual Property materials, he also has experience in handling Commercial Litigation proceeding through alternative dispute settlement as well on various court jurisdiction and level of court, mainly in field of Commercial Contract, Corporate, Intellectual Property Right, Procurement, Bankruptcy, Employment / Industrial Relation, Shipping, Insurance, Securities, Banking and Finance.
